January 2015 has arrived – which means (among so many other more important things) the first anniversary of my first blog is approaching. After posting 157 recipes and 41 blogs, I decided to "celebrate" by making my site easier for subscribers and readers to navigate and simpler to find information of interest. I have added a Search option on the Home, Recipe, and Blog pages.
To search for a particular item, simply enter the word or phrase in the Search window and click on the Search icon located on the right side of the window. To search for a combination of words, enter the phrase in quotation marks (e.g., "Romano Cheese"). With the quotation marks, the Search Engine will return all occurrences of the phrase Romano Cheese. Without the quotes, all occurrences of the word Romano and all occurrences of the word Cheese will be returned. Word and phrase searches are not case sensitive.
All blogs and recipes are included in each search. Search results appear as a list of active links to the actual blogs and recipes where the search word or phrase is used. You can use your browser's Back icon to navigate from a blog or recipe back to the search results page.
This feature will help you find recipes which include a particular ingredient, and blogs which provide information about your search request. I hope you will "give it a try" – and please let me know if you encounter any difficulties.
