Baked Brie

Simple, creamy, and delicious.


About this recipe

Serve this one with your favorite cracker or crusty bread.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Brie
  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

  1. Spread out four sections of the crescent roll pastry.  Pat the seams to seal. 
  2. Place the cheese in the center of the pastry and fold the corners over the cheese to seal together.  Pinch the seam at the centers to create a rose-like pattern.
  3. Brush the top and sides with the beaten egg. 
  4. Bake on an ungreased sheet for 10-15 minutes (or until golden brown) at 425° F.

Notes

  • A puff pastry sheet can be used in place of the crescent rolls.
